Last revision: January 20, 2011

To help protect the intellectual property rights of others, Hyperboards has adopted this DMCA policy in accordance with the Digital Millenium Copyright Act of 1998. As such, Hyperboards will respond quickly to copyright infringement claims committed using the Hyperboards service that are formally reported using the below instructions. In the event Hyperboards takes action in response to a claim, it will make a good faith attempt to contact the violating party for their cooperation in the issue. I hereby state that (i) I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., as a fair use); and (ii) the information in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed.
  • The full legal name and signature, electronic or physical, of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
